
Management Competencies for Engineers (Management Module)
This module equips engineers with management skills essential for the semiconductor industry. Topics include semiconductor economics, IC house business models, ecosystem thinking, and the semiconductor value chain. It also covers technical project management from design to tape-out and operations management in technology enterprises.
The 60-hour training prepares engineers to handle both technical and managerial challenges effectively.

MISSION
Develop practical semiconductor design skills;
Provide essential business and personal skills for future technical administrators.
Contribute to providing high-quality and hands-on experiences for talents to serve national and international markets.
PARTICIPANTS
Final-year students (third or fourth year) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
Recent graduates with less than 2 years of work experience;
Be in the following fields of study: Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IC Design, and related fields in the Semiconductors.
Proficient in English (minimum B1 level according to the CEFR – European Framework).

Free training in the First Cadence Certified Lab in Vietnam for Digital Design and Signoff with Innovus Technology Custom IC Design with Virtuoso Technology
ADMISSIONS
Orientation: At the end of April – Early May
Training progress: Three months (expected from June to August)
Certification Ceremony: expected in September 2026
ANNUAL INTAKE
About 35 ~ 50 eligible students will be selected to participate in the VNCHIP Talent Program 2026.
